International Telecommunications Union-Telecommunication standardization sector
   (ITU-TSS)
   Formerly the called the CCITT standards committee, ITU-TSS is an agency of the International Telecommunications Union whose purpose is to promote compatibility between the communications practices and performance standards of various nations.
